CLASS (B): Car Care

1. Radiator Coolant, Rust, and Anti-Corrosion

• Concentrations Available: 11%, 33%, 50%
• Features:
  • Manufactured with Organic Acid Technology (OAT).
  • Benefits:
    1. Increases cooling cycle efficiency by absorbing engine heat.
    2. Prevents rust and corrosion by trapping salts and stray materials.
    3. Maintains radiator cleanliness and disperses deposits.

2. BLACK COUR – Rubber Polishing and Carbonizing

• Features:
  1. Silicone-based product that shines, chars, and protects car tires from cracks.
  2. Extends rubber life and maintains performance.

3. Ultra Shine – Leather and Car Dashboard Polish

• Features:
  1. Polishes leather and car dashboards.
  2. Provides lasting luster, smooth texture, and a fragrant scent.
  3. Prevents dust buildup and leaves no waxy residue.

CLASS (C): Agricultural Products

1. SUPER ROYAL OIL

• Type: Light Mineral Oil (Aliphatic Hydrocarbon)
• Features:
  • Environmentally friendly; safe for humans, plants, and beneficial insects.
  • Effective pesticide against scale insects and mealy bugs on fruit trees.
  • Suitable for summer use.
  • Miscible emulsifiable concentrate.

2. ROYAL OIL

• Type: Aliphatic Hydrocarbon (Mayonnaise-like texture)
• Features:
  • Easily miscible with water to form a stable emulsion.
  • Environmentally friendly; safe for humans, plants, and beneficial insects.
  • Effective pesticide against scale insects and mealy bugs on fruit trees.
  • Suitable for winter use.
  • Miscible emulsifiable concentrate.

3. POTASSIUM AGRICULTURAL SOAP (Emulsifier)

• Type: Biological Plant Cleaner
• Features:
  • Neutral potassium-based product; free from insecticides or harmful substances.
  • Easily miscible with water.
  • Effective on fruits, ornamental trees, medical/aromatic plants, and vegetables.
  • Protects and revives plants from diseases, acaroids, and fungi.
  • Enhances nutrient and fertilizer absorption from soil.

CLASS (D): Industrial Products

1. THINER SUPER EXTRA

• Use: Dissolving nitrocellulose and resins in duco paints.
• Features:
  1. Fast-burning mixture of organic solvents.
  2. Compliance: ESS 1366/2006.

2. SULVOCLEAN

• Use: Removes greasy stains, dirt, and paints from clothes, fabrics, and furnishings.
• Features:
  1. Mixture of aliphatic petroleum solvents; highly flammable and volatile.
  2. Compliance: ESS 1083/2008 and ASTM D-235/2005.

3. ODORLESS KAIROSIN

• Use: Manufacture of insecticide aerosols, industrial applications, textiles, paints, rubber, and leather.
• Features:
  1. Mixture of aliphatic, paraffinic, and aromatic solvents.
  2. Medium flammability with a high smoking point.
  3. Free of water, impurities, and suspended materials.
  4. Compliance: ESS 1738/2007 and ASTM D-3699/2003.

4. PERTROREMOVER

• Use: Removes grease, heavy oils (crude oil), asphalt (tar), black carbon stains, mineral oils, and fats.
• Features:
  1. Contains aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbon solvents with ionic/non-ionic surfactants.
  2. Forms stable emulsions without foaming.
  3. Strong cleaning properties.

5. MINERAL TURPENTINE

• Use: Cleaning and dissolving hydrocarbon plastics; solvent for lacquer paints, wax varnishes (furniture, floors, shoes).
• Features:
  1. Composed of hydrocarbons.
  2. Colorless or yellowish liquid; highly flammable with a strong odor.
  3. Compliance: ESS M.Q.M 24/2007.

6. COMMERCIAL HEXANE

• Use: Extracting vegetable oils and medical drugs.
• Features:
  1. Mixture of aliphatic hydrocarbons; free of aromatics and sulfur compounds.
  2. Clear, colorless solvent; free of sediments and impurities.
  3. Compliance: ESS 1515/2007.

7. SPECIAL HEXANE

• Use: Extracting essential oils, perfume manufacturing, catalyst for chemical reactions, and leather industry.
